Each 60-minute session is designed to meet you where you are -whether your goal is weight loss, building strength, toning, improving cardio, gaining flexibility, or sharpening sports-specific skills. My approach goes beyond physical training by weaving in mental strategies like positive self-talk and resilience building, helping you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident inside and out.
A Little About Me
Born into a basketball family in Chicago, sports have been a part of my life since day one. My path wasn’t straightforward — I began as a college soccer player before switching back to basketball, overcoming injuries, and learning firsthand the value of resilience and adaptability.
Those experiences led me from high school varsity teams to international tours in Asia and Europe, where I gained not only skills but also a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed — discipline, focus, consistency, and a commitment to health.
Today, I channel that background into training and coaching people from all walks of life. Whether you’re an athlete chasing performance or an adult working toward weight loss, strength, or overall wellness, my goal is the same: to help you build confidence, achieve results, and create lasting change.
